On this week’s episode of Project Esports, Andrew, James and Dylan talk about a variety of topics but start with DOTA 2. The International is just around the corner, and it’s already setting a record time to hit $11 million in prize money. After that, they dive into Project Overwatch where they talk about Stage 2 Playoffs, and the Overwatch League receiving trading cards through a partnership with Upper Deck. Next they talk about ESPN’s Collegiate Esports Championship in Houston, which we were impressed about outside of their Twitter presence. Lastly they get into a heated discussion about a possible bill that will ban loot boxes from all games.

Project Esports is Popped Off!’s weekly esports podcast where the group talks about all things the biggest topics and news stories in esports. The podcast is live streamed on Popped Off’s Twitch channel every Monday at 6:30pm EST and cover the previous week’s news.
